Although Cilantro and Coriander are the same plant (Cilantro is the leaf, Coriander is the seed) 'Leisure' is a slow bolting strain selected for consistent leaf production. Cilantro can be sown outside every 2 weeks for a continual crop from spring to early fall. Cilantro prefers cool temperatures. The more often you cut the foliage, the more you will get. It can be frozen to be used like fresh.
