Picote' - from the French, meaning 'Marked with points" As tribute to the origin of the word, this ruffled star shaped cobalt blue bloom is edged with a bright white surrounding a deep rose throat. Both double and single blooms can appear on the same vine. . Flowers open in the morning and fold in the afternoon. On cloudy days they will remain open all day. They will self sow every year. Morning Glory seeds should be soaked in water for 24 hours before planting as it aids in germination.
