Chinese Cabbage Pac Choi SEEDS
This delicious staple in Asian cuisine has deep green leaf blades and white stems that form a tight clustered rosette. Very tender with a sweet mustard flavor, leaves and stems may be eaten raw in salads, stir fried or added to soups. Alternately spelled Pak Choi, Boy Choy and Bac Choi by different cultures, Pac Choi most often refers to the smaller sized heads.
