Probably on my top 3 favorite annual list, Streptocarpella is related to African Violets. This low care shade or part shade plant has silvery/green velvety foliage with purple blue flowers that dance over it all summer long. Loves well drained soil and life on the dry side African Violet family.
It branches freely and produces soft, velvety green leaves that are about two inches long. Streptocarpella should be grown in a well drained, organic potting mix in either a hanging basket, window box, or decorative container. It gets about 8' tall and wide and can be overwintered indoors.
Availabe in 4.5" pots after 5/1
