Pedilanthus tithymaloides - Devil's Backbone Succulent
This is a very interesting succulent and one I have had more many years. It's a combination of stiff, zig zag stems with rather fine tri color leaves. Sometimes the leaves drop (if it got too cold or got stressed) but they grow back. It enjoys bright light inside but does well in some shade outside for the summer. It holds up well to dry conditions (a little bit of neglect) and provides an interesting upright architectural element to your decor. It can tolerate medium light too -- it will just not grow as quickly or upright and the leaves tend to be less vibrant. It can be propagated by division or cutting if you would like to share! This one you won't find many places. Nice and full 4.5" pot ready to up - pot into your favorite container.
